We have always held rigorous standards for the sanitation of our float studio. These include:

 

• Sanitizing every touch area in the float rooms using an EPA-registered disenfectant between each and every client

​

• Filtration and disinfection of the Epsom salt solution in compliance with the Float Tank Association Standard between each and every client

 

We have invested in new technologies to further protect our clients during the covid-19 pandemic. These include:

 

• HVAC system upgrade to provide at least 10 air exchanges (with fresh air from the outside) in the float rooms between each and every client

• REME HALO® whole home in-duct air purifier

​

• Victory Electrostatic Sprayer to increase the effectiveness of our surface sanitation

​

We have implemented additional processes to further protect our clients during the covid-19 pandemic. These include:

• Float guests must complete a Covid-19 Self-Screening Questionnaire before each float

​

• No late cancelation fees are charged if cancellation is due to symptoms related to cold/flu/covid-19

​

• Clients are required to wear a mask at all times except in private float rooms

​

• Masks are required at all times for employees

​

• Employees are required to complete a Covid-19 Self-Screening Questionnaire before each shift

​

• Employees maintain at least 6ft of distance between themselves and clients

​

• Contactless payment/scheduling is strongly encouraged

  • Purchases can be made HERE and appointments can be scheduled and cancelled HERE 

​

• To further encourage contactless payment, retail products can be purchased online and then picked up at your appointment

​

• Seating areas have been removed from common areas and guests are asked to leave in a timely manner after their float.

​

• Guests are encouraged to call or text questions/requests before arriving to keep talking in the studio to a minimum

​

• Spray bottles have been removed from the float rooms and moisturizer and hairdryers have been removed from the prep rooms

​

• Float pillows are given out by request only

​

• Limit to 2 guests in studio at any time

​

By following these simple procedures we will be able to limit risk to our clients and employees during these unprecedented times. We are constantly monitoring the covid-19 pandemic and the latest health recommendations and will update accordingly.
