STHIRA AND SUKHA

This slow-flow practice explores the dance between Sthira (strength and stability) and Sukha (ease and softness). Through intentional movement, breath work (prāṇāyāma), mindfulness (dhyāna), and self-care tools, you’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and restore balance in both body and mind.

Expect thoughtful sequencing, steady pacing, and space to explore. Seasoned practitioners will find depth and challenge, while newer students will feel supported and safe.

This class is hard—but it’s not all hard. It’s also fun—but not just fun. You’ll always leave feeling stronger and more grounded—and having learned something new.

HATHA FUNDAMENTALS

New to yoga? This is the perfect place to begin.

Hatha Fundamentals is a gentle, accessible class designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga. With a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement, you’ll gain the tools to build a safe, confident, and enjoyable practice.

Whether you're brand new or looking to reconnect with the basics, this class will support your growth and curiosity—on and off the mat.

MERIDIAN FLOW

This class is a blend of yoga and qi gong. According to Chinese Medicine each season has a pair of organs that energetically run the strongest. Throughout the class we will work with yoga sequences and qi gong sets to stretch, tone and nourish the energy pathways, known as meridians, that correspond to the organs of the season we are in. Simultaneously, we work with the breath to calm the mind and energize the body. We close with restorative postures and meditation, leaving you balanced, energized, and deeply relaxed.

RADIANT RESTORE

This deeply restorative class is practiced on a therapeutic mat infused with gemstones and enhanced with far infrared heat, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field), and negative ion therapy. As you move gently and mindfully through guided stretches and poses, the mat works in tandem to support healing, recovery, and relaxation on a cellular level.

Perfect for anyone needing restoration—physically, mentally, or energetically—this class offers a uniquely immersive experience that soothes the nervous system, supports circulation, and promotes deep, multidimensional well-being. Class size is limited to 4 to ensure that each student receives plenty of individual attention and hands-on adjustments an active stretches from the instructor.

Move less. Heal more.

YIN YOGA

Thursdays 6:30-7:45 with Heather. Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues—ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for 3 to 10 minutes, allowing you to gently release tension, increase flexibility, and turn inward with mindfulness.

This gentle yet powerful practice is suitable for all levels and can be done with or without props. It’s an excellent way to unwind from the week and reset your nervous system before the weekend.
