This sleep-aid tincture helps achieve a sense of calm before bed. It aids in falling into a deep, restful sleep and you won’t wake up feeling groggy. We chose not to include valerian in our sleep-aid since about 50% of the population is sensitive to that herb. The herbs we carefully formulated for this tincture are gentle and incredibly effective.
