THE AUDIO PROJECT
The Oto Float Audio Project is a partnership with psychotherapists, meditation practitioners, musicians, and sports performance experts to custom produce audio tracks designed to support the float experience. Tracks range from guided meditations, to visualization practices, to ambient and classical music.
Whether your intention is to enhance creativity, learn the fundamentals of mindfulness, deepen your current meditation practice, or simply relax, our Oto Float audio library has something for you. And of course, floating in silence is always available.
CONTRIBUTORS
Georgia Jones, LCSW
licensed clinical social worker + founder Chicago Mindful Psychotherapy

Georgia Jones is founder and director of Chicago Mindful Psychotherapy, a mindfulness-based psychotherapy practice for individuals, couples and groups with locations in Andersonville and the Loop. Ms. Jones is certified in the clinical use of mindfulness through the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy, has over 20 years of experience in social work, and over 10 years of experience in crisis intervention, both as a direct practitioner and supervisor.
It was personal experience that led Ms. Jones to the work she does today. As she explains: “I had anxiety as a child, and learned how to manage it by calming my body and directing my attention, instead of believing hook, line and sinker what my thoughts were screaming at me. Since then, I’ve gotten deeper into the practice of meditation, and continually rediscover the power of just fully sinking into whatever’s happening now. Not with resignation, or as a victim, but with curious, spacious, openness.”
