Rachel Coppola
Rachel Coppola began her career as a professional dancer, performing on Broadway and national stages. Now a teacher of yoga and qi gong, Rachel combines her background in dance with mindful movement traditions. Her classes are accessible, grounding, and designed to help students connect with both body and breath. She invites deep exploration—of movement, energy, and awareness—encouraging students to discover not only physical benefits but also new dimensions of themselves.
