Rachel is a yoga and meditation instructor with over two decades of experience. She first came to the practice while living in New York City and dancing on Broadway. Meditation provided (and continues to provide) the calm center within the busyness. Rachel's guiding principle is the belief that meditation "is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self"and it is through bearing gentle witness to all the realities of our being—the joys and the sorrows—that inner peace can be realized.

Jenny believes obstacles aren't in our way, they are the way. In every one of her classes, she helps her students use the ancient tools of yoga to remove obstacles and become the best version of themselves. Jenny is a different kind of yoga teacher. She takes her love of academia and science, blending it with many styles of yoga to maximize the experience for her students.

Anne McGinley

Anne is both an enthusiast and coach for vibrant living. She has been immersed in the wellness industry, primarily in the yogic and martial arts, for the past 28 years. She is certified in TriYoga, Thai Massage, and holds a brown belt in Shotokan Karate. She is a firm believer in continuing education. This year she’s pursuing certification as a Steel Mace coach-an innovative tool for strength and conditioning.

Erik Medina

Erik is an executive coach whose great passion is to help people be their vision. He believes that the foundation of a life well lived is comprised of the willingness to take a deep dive into self, the insight to identify the "boulders" that stand in your way, and the bravery to be fully present for your "one wild and precious life." Only then can you learn to live without regret.
