Lakefront Grounds of the Arrington Estate
In the morning retreat, you will be led through a carefully curated program of yoga, meditation, neurocoaching, and discovery excercises. Together we will unpack our connection to power, identify the life experiences and people that informed that relationship, learn where it all shows up in our bodies, then begin learning practices to step into our power.
There will be free reflection time during the morning session. Swim or paddle board in the lake, take dip in the pool, or simply relax on the verdant grounds of the estate.
We will have fresh fruit and other snacks as well as infused water available throughout the session.
