9:00-1:00 Morning Retreat
Our relationship with power may run the gamut from fearing the impact of our power to feeling we have none to wield. Jenny will help you find the source of your own personal power, connect with it, and step into it so you can wear it with confidence. Once you connect with your power, you gain existential confidence that allows you to make decisions that emerge from a place of true knowing. When you truly step into your power, fear no longer guides you or causes anxiety.
In the morning, we will unpack our connection to power, identify the life experiences and people that informed that relationship, learn where it all shows up in our bodies, then begin learning practices to step into our power.
1:00-2:30 Poolside Lunch & Lounge
Lunch will be catered at the poolside. You can swim or paddle board in the lake, take a dip in the pool, chat with Jenny, or simply relax on the verdant grounds of the estate.
2:30-6:30 Afternoon Retreat
Our afternoon will review the basic concepts from the morning for anyone joining, then build on them, going deeper. You will learn several practices that you can continue to do at home that will maintain and develop the work you do at the retreat.
6:30-9:00 Waterfront Gourmet Dinner + Evening Ritual & Celebration
A gourmet vegetarian Thali dinner is cooked on site by James Beard Foundation Scholarship Award winner and Boka Group Chef, Jasmine Sheth. Thali is an ancient Indian traditional meal that incorporates Ayurvedic principles. Dinner is served at the waterfront. This will be followed by an evening ritual and celebration held under the stars.
