September 8th 9am - 5pm
Lakefront Grounds of the Arrington Estate
This retreat is created specifically for executives and top senior managers to give you the tools necessary to be a transformative leader and gain a competitive advantage.
The ability to make clear decisions can often be clouded by stress and fear, particularly when the stakes are high and the game is volatile. Moreover, we see over and over again the public relations disasters that come as a result of rampant mindlessness and implicit biases -- a disconnection with an increasingly diverse client base. Careers can be self-sabotaged when there is a lack of self-awareness or a blind race to the top.
In this retreat, yogini and neurocoach Jenny Arrington will lead you through a carefully curated program of meditation, neurocoaching, breathwork, and discovery exercises designed to train the mind to overcome the deeply-rooted fears, subconscious blocks, and childhood imprints that get in the way of you being an effective leader. You will learn tools to calm the nervous system, build resilience, encourage innovation, harness infinite creativity, boost memory, sharpen focus, and gain back control over your mind.
Meditation and mindfulness practices are used by Fortune 100 CEOs, elite athletes, best selling authors, and the military. Those at the top of their fields include these practices in their lives as a tool for balanced, sustainable excellence. Don't be left behind.
The day includes a gourmet vegetarian lunch cooked on site by James Beard Foundation Scholarship Award winner and Boka Group Chef, Jasmine Sheth. Lunch will be served at the waterfront.
Fresh fruit and other snacks as well as infused water will be available throughout the day. There will also be time to swim or paddle board in the lake, take a dip in the pool, or simply relax and on the verdant grounds of the Arrington Estate.
