This is a continuing Kundalini course. If you have never taken Kundalini before but are interested in joining the class please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss ways to prepare you for the class series so that you can hit the ground running.
In this class series you will dive deeper into the traditions and practices of Kundalini Yoga and learn a more challenging series of kriyas. Each class includes warm-ups, breathing techniques, an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, meditation, and sound healing to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, and harness the energy of the mind.
Wear comfortable clothing with a few layers on top and bring a yoga mat. Class is capped at 8 participants.

KUNDALINI: WEDNESDAY SECTION Wednesdays 10/30-12/18 9-10:30am
A full refund (minus the processing fee which is 3% of the transaction amount + 30 cents) will be given for registrations that are cancelled up to 7 days before the 1st class. Cancellations that occur less than 7 days before the 1st class forfeit the total payment. There are no makeups for missed classes and sessions cannot be prorated. If the session includes a one-on-one meeting with the instructor, this must be booked within the session dates and at the instructor’s discretion.
