Lakefront Grounds of the Arrington Estate
In the afternoon retreat, you will be led through a carefully curated program of yoga, meditation, neurocoaching, and discovery excercises. We will review the basic concepts from the morning for anyone joining, and then build on them, going deeper. There will discovery exercises and guided meditation.You will learn several practices that you can continue to do at home that will maintain and develop the work you do at the retreat.
There will be free reflection time during the afternoon session. Swim or paddle board in the lake, take dip in the pool, or simply relax on the verdant grounds of the estate.
We will have fresh fruit and other snacks as well as infused water available throughout the session.
