Rachel Coppola

rachel-coppola.png

Rachel Coppola began her career as a professional dancer, performing on Broadway and national stages.

Now a teacher of yoga and qi gong, Rachel combines her background in dance with mindful movement traditions. Her classes are accessible, grounding, and designed to help students connect with both body and breath. She invites deep exploration—of movement, energy, and awareness—encouraging students to discover not only physical benefits but also new dimensions of themselves.

Donna Stiles

donna-stiles2.png

Donna has been practicing yoga for more than two decades and began teaching in 2005. With a background in dance, she has always loved the language of movement and brings that same awareness into her teaching. She pays close attention to alignment and safety, but balances it with a lighthearted approach that reminds students not to take themselves too seriously. In fact, she often says that a good sense of humor is the most important thing to bring to the mat.

Her classes are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga—moderately paced, mindful, and adaptable to every body. Donna creates a welcoming atmosphere where students of all levels feel supported and encouraged, with plenty of room to explore their own practice. She has a gift for helping everyone feel like they’re doing just the right thing, just as they are.

Certified by Daren Friesen of Moksha Yoga in Chicago, Donna continues to share her passion for yoga with warmth, clarity, and joy. Her teaching invites students to cultivate steadiness and ease while also remembering that laughter is a powerful part of the practice.
